Julius offers a Free Plan as well as several paid plans. You can compare our plans and see their prices at julius.ai/pricing. At a glance, our plans are:

  • Pro Plan: This plan is designed for companies that want to collaborate across departments, streamline data access, and automate manual workflows.
  • Enterprise Plan: This plan is for large organizations that require advanced security, compliance support, and customized integrations at scale.
Organizations of any size can explore the right Julius plan from their Subscription settings. Larger teams and enterprises can also contact our sales team to discuss tailored solutions.

Upgrading Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Upgrade under the plan you wish to upgrade to
  3. Complete your purchase on the Stripe checkout screen

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Cancel under your current plan
  3. Click Cancel subscription
Unsure if you want to cancel? Instead of canceling, you can Pause your subscription for a set amount of time!

Cancel a Teams Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page.

Pausing your Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Cancel under your current plan
  3. Select the number of months you would like to pause your subscription
  4. Click Pause
Your subscription will pause at the end of your current cycle and resume after the pause period.

Managing Payment Methods and Billing Information

  1. Navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Click Invoices & Payment Methods
  3. Click Add payment method to change your current payment method
  5. Click Update information to update your billing information (eg. name, address, company, VAT info)
For mobile app purchase, you will have to manage your subscriptions through either the Apple App Store or Android Play Store.
